Our programming technicians at Accurate Automation & Controls have experience with multiple PLC platforms like Siemens, IDEC, Direct Logic and Omron. We take pride in having this diversity. By understanding multiple PLC platforms we are also capable of connecting to several different types of PLC’s for troubleshooting purposes.

HMI Programming

Human machine interface (HMI) programming visually bridges the communication gap between the PLC and the end user. A good HMI program will clearly display the essential data of the system as well as the controls that the end user will need with out unnecessary navigation. Making this transition from machine to human seamlessly is what we strive to achieve at Accurate Controls & Automation. Our technicians have experience with several different programming platforms including RedLion, Siemens, Direct Logic and Delta.

Besides a smooth navigation, a HMI must be appealing to the eye of the end user. There is a certain artistic approach to designing a good HMI. These are all the things that we take into consideration while making your designs.

UL 508A Panel Design

Accurate Automation & Controls is now a certified UL 508A panel shop. We have an on-site manufactures technical representative. Our engineer has completed the training to obtain our UL 508A certification. The UL Mark is one of the most recognized, accepted, and trusted symbols in the world. What does this mean for you?

• You can be assured that our electrical control panels are compliant with all electrical codes, national and/or local.

• Our panel shop is subject to 4 unannounced inspections per year by UL personnel to ensure we are staying up to code and meeting requirements with our panel designs.
